DANCERS:

Tie your shoestrings, get stretched and come ready for a 64-ct. hip-hop/jazz combination to showcase your versatility, technique and performance abilities. This will be the actual combination that opens the "Set Me Free" production. If you're interested in being a soloist, be prepared to freestyle your best stuff!!!

 

SINGERS/ACTORS:

Warm up those pipes and arm yourself with an arsenal of your best vocal excerpts, spiritual/Gospel/contemporary Christian music preferred. You will be singing acappella, "roll-call" style, much like Hollywood week on "American Idol". Please contact hipnotikproductions@yahoo.com to receive a selection of monologues to choose from for the auditions. Singers/actors are more than welcome to participate in the dance audition, but this will not count against your actual audition for a singer/actor position in the company.

 

AUXILIARY (COLOR GUARD) PERFORMERS:

You will need to bring a wooden rifle with you to the auditions - please note that color guard performers MUST participate in the dance audition as well. Even if you're not the best hip-hop dancer or any other form of dance, we need to have a general idea of your movement ability.

 

TO ALL PERFORMERS: This could, very well, be one of the most amazing performance opportunities you will ever encounter in this lifetime.
